Centrally located in the heart of Berwick, we have created a beautiful boutique studio for you to come and have some time to practise some self care. Specialising in reformer pilates, our classes are intimate with only eight students per class so we can give you the attention necessary to improve your pilates skills. Pilates is great for the mind as well as the body and is an all in one work out focusing on stretching and strengthening the whole body. We are welcoming everyone from beginners to experienced, men and women - Every Body is welcome. Each class is 50 minutes long and taught by a qualified and highly trained instructor.
