Why choose EMF Chiro?

Chiropractic aims to improve the overall health of patients holistically. We see the body as an integrated organism where everything is connected rather than a series of discreet systems. If one aspect of your health is less than optimal, it affects the whole system. The brain is the central control unit of the body's functions whether they be musculoskeletal or physiological. The brain relies upon the feedback that it receives via the nervous system from pressure, stretch, temperature, and pain receptors located within the body to direct its processes. Distortion, dissonance or interference in the signals being sent from or received by the brain can lead to less than optimal health. Chiropractors adjust imbalances in the manner in which the brain and body communicate through subtle adjustments to the nervous system typically delivered as high velocity low amplitude thrusts. By “resetting” the nerve signals to the brain we aim to restore movement and function to particular joints and to the overall system. We also provide nutritional advice, exercise and rehabilitation programs in order to ensure that you are moving well and radiating optimal health. Chiropractic can help with musculoskeletal conditions such as back and neck pain, headaches, migraines and sciatica as well as a range of other conditions. Come and see us for a discussion about how we can help you reach your best health outcomes or book an appointment or an initial consultation and spinal assessment. Dr. Matt Sulman (Chiropractor) Dr. Matt Sulman (Chiropractor) graduated with the first cohort of students from the Brisbane campus of Central Queensland University with Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and Master of Clinical Chiropractic degrees. Matt has always had a strong interest in health, fitness, biomechanical and physiological aspects of the human experience having remained active in sports, exercise and outdoor physical activities throughout life. Matt's view is that health is best managed through a healthy diet and regular full body exercise, particularly yoga and chiropractic resonates with this idea. Practising as a chiropractor is Matt's way of assisting others to maintain and improve their overall health and wellbeing. A body that moves well, thinks well and eats well is a happy and healthy human being. Dr Matt is also a practising intellectual property lawyer with over 20 years' experience and a registered Australian and New Zealand Patent & Trade Mark Attorney and spends time away from the EMF Chiro clinic assisting clients with difficult legal problems.
