Hi I'm Julie and I run Grounded Goodness based in Tugun Wellness Centre in Tugun on the southern Gold Coast. As a Naturopath and Remedial Massage Therapist I love to guide people to live the best life possible and maintain their physical and emotional health. I offer holistic naturopathic care, body therapies and health coaching for individuals and their families physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
