I'm a registered nurse by trade, and upon embarking on my own personal development journey and hiring my own coaches, participating in programs I fell in love with my transformation and growth and desired to help other women achieve the same. With a large amount of child hood trauma and abandonment wounds, I help women unpack their trauma and belief systems to then start taking action towards the person they want to be.
