I have a beautiful yoga studio on two acres of bushland in Port Stephens. Here, I teach general yoga classes, including chair yoga. I have a Diploma of Satyananda Yoga but over the years, my own style has evolved. I have been teaching yoga for 24 years. I am also an EFT Practitioner and Reiki Master.
