Hi, I am Tolovae or you can call me Tolly. I lost one of my beautiful daughters, Alisha, to a rare blood disease in 2018 and something we used to do together is cook. So now in memory of her and to raise awareness and help fund research to her disease, TTP, I decided I would do what we always did together - cook. As a Canberran now for almost 40 years, I am proud to call the nation's capital my home. However, I do love to bring my homeland with me and to all my family and friends and something I have always loved doing is showing you the Samoan ways through the food! From using a traditional Samoan cooking technique with the use of the Umu, to the flavours of my homeland, I will be bringing the Samoan flavour to the ACT once again and having Samoan Feasting packs available the last Sunday of every month (beginning March 2021!). I can also be available to come to your home and conduct an Umu for you and your friends and family to feed the masses!
